I went to Yang-jae Citizen's forest with Sigma DP-2.
This is my first time taking a picture in daytime.
Well, I think Foveon catch very richful color. Especially it represents green so beautiful.
But ironically, it produce significant green noise under black.
Manipulated by SPP 3.5.
You can see green noise in these pictures.
Anyway, Sigma DP-2 is a very interesting camera.
The image produced from Foveon have richful color imformation.
So in my opinion, you can manipulate the image as you want more satisfactory way.
Good thing
- Light weight.
- Great color.
- I like the 40mm angle of view.
Bad thing
- Not good electric part.
3 sec to ready to shot, Raw file take more 3 sec to save, Hardly hit focus under lack of light.
No Image Stability.(DP-2 is not cheap camera. It's over $600.)
